Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed on www.zestofashion.com, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Shipping Time: After processing, shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location.
- Shipping Notifications: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Cost: $5.99 (or free for orders above $75).
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days. Cost: $19.99.
- International Shipping: Available for select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
For exact shipping costs, rates are calculated during checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your shipment is delayed, we will keep you updated and provide an estimated delivery date.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply once the package reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the customer, and ZEST has no control over these additional costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your order using this number via our shipping partner’s tracking portal.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns for a refund or exchange. Please review the guidelines below.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Lingerie, nightgowns, and underwear cannot be returned if worn or tried on due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns must be initiated within 28 days from the delivery date.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at Arzu.Erikci@zestofashion.com within 28 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and the return shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Packaging: Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging or a similar protective box.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the return and will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Refund Amount: Refunds are processed for the price of the item(s) returned, excluding original shipping costs.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Arzu.Erikci@zestofashion.com.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color if available. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as the return process. We will ship the new item once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at Arzu.Erikci@zestofashion.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged or defective product.
- We will provide further instructions for returning the item and, once verified, either send a replacement or process a full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of some products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie, nightgowns, and underwear that have been worn or tried on.
- Items purchased on final sale.
Change of Address or Cancellation
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, refusal upon delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional return shipping fees will also be deducted from your refund.
